Katie and Tom - Venue Styling and Design

We worked with Katie and Tom to help design and style their pretty, chic and vintage inspired wedding reception. Like many couples Katie and Tom had lots of fantastic ideas for their wedding day but needed an extra pair of hands to work on setting up the venue on the day of their wedding and turning their ideas into reality.

From dressing the tables, to hanging bunting and lanterns - we worked on both the inside and outside of their wedding venue. Katie and Tom had their wedding ceremony in the grounds of Hogarths Hotel and then held their reception in the venue's marquee. The hotel is located in Birmingham.

Claire & Glenn - Venue Styling and Design

We worked with Claire and Glenn to help design and style their informal, fun, colourful and quirky wedding reception. Like many couples Claire and Glenn had lots of fantastic ideas for their wedding day but needed an extra pair of hands to work on setting up the venue on the day of their wedding and turning their ideas into reality. From dressing the tables, to hanging bunting and lanterns - we worked on both the inside and outside of their wedding reception. Claire and Glenn married at Weston Park Bandstand and help their wedding reception at Ranmoor Parish Centre, Sheffield.

Signpost available to hire for weddings and events

Wedding Daze now have a cream, 6ft signpost available to hire for £55. This signpost is a great way to direct your guests to different parts of your wedding or event. The lettering can be personalised to suit your event.

Delivery and collection to your venue can be arranged (will incur an extra charge).

Working with local Safe At Last Charity

Wedding Daze donates vintage china to Safe At Last's Vintage Tea Dance.

We were delighted to be able to work with the local Rotherham based charity Safe At Last and contribute towards their Vintage Tea Dance charity event. Safe At Last charity provides support for children and young people who are at risk of running away in South Yorkshire. They have helped thousands of young people, making a difference to their lives by providing a support line and refuge for those in need. The Vintage Tea Dance took place on Sunday 17th April 2011, at Sandbeck Park, Rotherham. Guests were treated to an afternoon tea mixed with dancing lessons taught by former American dance champions Judith and Tony Bennett!

The guests were treated to a real authentic vintage experience, the afternoon tea was served in Wedding Daze and Hansley Beard vintage china cups, saucers, cake plates, tea pots, sugar bowls and milk jugs. The Royal Wedding with a Yorkshire Twist

With the Royal Wedding nearly upon us, Wedding Daze and photographers PH Weddings wanted to create the Royal Wedding with a Yorkshire twist. There has been much speculation about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding day. Questions such as, which designer will Kate use for her gown? Have they used a wedding planner? What style of reception will the couple go for?

Along with PH Weddings we created William and Kate’s wedding day with very unique twist to it. We styled two looks that William and Kate could opt for. The first look was a traditional, vintage inspired afternoon tea. With mis-matched china, cream tea and a stunning lace dress with a long cathedral veil. The second look was a cool Britannia inspired shoot, more fun and quirky, this shoot was inspired by the colours from the union jack flag. To make the shoot look even more realistic our models David and Kaytie were our very own William and Kate look-a-likes!

We would like to thank all the fantastic suppliers who contributed towards the shoot and also Cusworth Hall who let us use this fabulous venue. Cusworth Hall is the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception, the Hall has stunning rooms and also gorgeous grounds for photos. Last but not least, a huge thank you to Helen and Paul at PH Weddings who’s ideas, vision and stunning photography made this shoot one of a kind.
